Millhouse Report post Posted October 5, 2011 I am against it. However, the main reason is due to the fact that folks don't have to front the money. If they had to 'pre-pay' or if they were at least 'pre-charged', then maybe it would sit better for me. I know my reasons are selfish...but it is what it is....
