azyoung Report post Posted January 31, 2006 Kinda sad looking. It looks like a fance behind the lion and the first shot looked like he was hit in his lower jaw. They also could use some running practice shots like at a coyote running in on a call. azyoung
SouthernCouesHunter Report post Posted February 1, 2006 Those hunters may need a HUNTER SAFETY COURSE too the way that they were throwing the guns around pointing them at everyone. Sure know that that would scare the crap outta me. Brian
russd Report post Posted February 1, 2006 makes you wonder why the lion never took off if he could have.
Benbrown Report post Posted February 1, 2006 This thing has been making the rounds for a couple of years now. In he first one I saw, the fence is clearly visible in the background--it's a canned hunt. The only remarkable thing about it is that none of the participants were hurt or killed by friendly fire... azhuntnut Report post Posted February 1, 2006 That dude used up all of his lives on that hunt. I just can't believe the lion didn't do more damage to him. David
russd Report post Posted February 1, 2006 maybe wrong by me but i don't see fenced hunt as sport. lion had no chance if fenced in. only thing to do was attack the people shooting him. good for the lion.
mjmhunter Report post Posted February 1, 2006 I met the PH that was on that hunt a few years ago at the hunting Expo here in Phoenix. There was a little more to that lion. That lion had been transplanted to that ranch because it had been a problem lion. Apparently that lion had killed some villagers and lost his fear of humans. The lion was captured and was put on that ranch. The lion became a problem at the new ranch. So the hunter in the clip was able to buy that hunt " " at a discounted price.
