Is it ready to put on or do i have to purchase something else for it to make it work? comes with 2 steel coil spacers for the front that bolt in above your spring using the existing hardware. with 2 in lift you wont need longer shocks or anything else. I put these on top of my already lifted truck and it was just too much lift so i took them off. You will not need anything else for this lift.
