Craig my guess is that part of the story will never be told by "the BowTech Group". If their hunter ends up with a 400 type bull, you can bet they will say it was not yours.

ain't pursuing big game with a vehicle sorta against the law? and why does this guy need a team o' folks to corral this bull for him? can't he get it done himself? ain't it a 14 day season? i'm so confused. i'm interested in seein' what kinda crow gets ate. and who gets to eat it. i'm thinkin' that even if this guy kills the new world record, he ain't gonna get a lotta positive press bout it after this incident gets chunked into the mix. good luck craig. you still have over a week and that ain't the only big bull up there. and the later in the season the better it gets. shrug this off and go get one. and i wouldn't let the azgfd drop the ball on this one. like they like to do. needs to be some real lookin' into this one. Lark, I was thinking the same thing about them using there vehicle to get to the bull, it is against the law.

All I now is I have had some very good luck in the past with hunters, I shot a bull a few years back and had another hunter walk up on me after the shot and asked if I had hit the bull. I said yes and he asked if he could join in on the recovery as it was a great bull and he wanted to see it first hand. He hung out with us almost the entire day and I still keep in contact with him, he ended up being a great guy. Seems like there are a lot of good guys but dumb butt's give everyone a bad name.

It's funny to me how you still have only heard one side of the story. I know the other side of the story, but not my place to tell. I promise you, the other side is coming.

Great, I'd like to hear the other side.

It will make my decision a lot easier on whether to purchase a new Bowtech in the future.

there is usually 3 sides to story like this. The original version, the rebuttal and the truth.

Very true. I mean do you really think that group will come on here and tell the truth.. Not in a million years. I have seen this type of crap first hand and know it happens all to often.

What happen to Hunter eithics??? [/b]Yes everyone wants the big bulls, but there is a right way and a wrong way to achieve that. We are lucky that we have the right to hunt in our country but it is not suppose to be a battle ground. There has been many instances where we have backed down from a kill seeing someone else on the same pursut. There are alot of hunters out there after the same trophy but we need to respect other hunters as they should respect you. We have run into some weird instances were people are not following the rules, but the best thing to do is call game and fish and let them handle the situation. When you are in the field carrying fire arms, including bows is not the right time to get in a confortation with someone over a trophy, yes believe me I understand the frustration but its better to be safe than sorry. I agree some of the outfitters think they own the place and try to push you out of an area because they have so many people there working with them. They are not going to back down, so the best course of action is to go to a differnt area. I agree if you shot this bull, then they went after it, that was not right, if anything they should have helped you find it.

Those are pretty intelligent posts......so I guess what you guys are saying is who posts first is telling the whole truth.

I don't know about the others, but that is not what I said.
