Does anyone know how to get a hold of her? I was planning on hunting a couple of miles to the west of Arivaca.

I have the late November hunt and am looking for someone else to camp with as I will be hunting on my own. I will be hunting the Northern part of the unit. Let me know if you are interested in sharing a camp site. I don't drink when I'm hunting, not even your beer B)

Pat, we have the same hunt. My son is joining me. I haven't decided where to camp but will have a better idea about 2 weeks before the hunt. The general area will be south / south east off Arivaca.

We run an absolute "dry camp" when hunting. Good company and quiet evenings are welcome.

Pat,

I would really love to join you guy's at your camp for the late November hunt. If you give me your number I would love to talk with you about the details. I am a very respectfull hunter and camper. I absolutly do not drink during a hunt. In fact I rarely drink. I would love to camp/hunt with quality people and have a lot of quality fun. I'm planning on doing some scouting on a few weekends before the hunt and I will be helping friends on the first hunt.

I talked to the lady who owns the bunk house near Sasabe yesterday. Very nice gal.

$25 a night is correct, and they are first come, first served. She does not do reservations anymore. First person to show up with the cash, wins!

The contact number posted id correct.

If you are wanting to save the money and camp with a small group let me know. There will be 5 in our camp as it is now.

I camped out in 36B over night alone myself on a deer hunt four years ago. I felt perfectly safe. Don't believe all the crap that you hear about the illegals. A lot of it is hype. Yes, they are out there. But, they don't usually mess with gringos carrying guns. But, if you want to avoid the inherent loneliness that is usually associated with such a venture, and depending on your budget, I would recommend the Esplendor Resort in Rio Rico. The rooms are very nice, but the food leaves something to be desired. Anyway, from the Resort, take the west frontage road north to Camino Ramanote, and head west until you hit national forest. Stay on that road until you come to the Atacosa Ranch pens. Now, look to the west at some of the best Coues Whitetail country on the planet! It's rough country, but that's why I have hunted Coues for forty years instead of Mulies.
