sjvcon Report post Posted September 6, 2011 Okay ... so with the Ruger Timney Trigger down (and working like a charm), I decided to tackle putting a Timney in a Model 70 Classic Action (my other boy's Classic Compact). Taking the trigger out is a breeze ... trigger pin pushes out with a roll pin punch just as quick as you please. Not so for the sear pin. I'm a little bit leery about banging on it too hard ... but tapping just isn't getting it. Anyone else do this before? Did you have the same issue?
