NRS Report post Posted September 1, 2011 I was contacted by a City of Tucson employee while out near some of their property in Avra valley this morning and he wanted to make sure we knew that city property in 37A is private property and they will be out in force issuing tickets to anyone hunting on the city property. It did open up some areas of Marana that were closed in their recent annex (west of Sanders Rd) It also defines some Ranches that Dove hunting is allowed on. When I drove through this morning, there were already Sheriffs posting up along Avra Valley Rd.
