no I dont think he smelled me I think he just isn't interested in eating any dirt, he's i will check camera friday and see if he's been back we will see

I don't think that boy got to be that big by being lion food. Lions tend to move on not hang out at salt licks. Big bucks are completely unpredictable, unlike spikes and does. Also, big bucks don't casually come in, he could take an hour, and the least little noise will push him off. Coues, not always, but usually wheeze when they pick up a scent.

 

Be totally silent in your blind, keep all windows closed except the you are shooting from, and you need a bit of luck too.
