SpotNStalk Report post Posted August 9, 2011 "The commission was advised that the spring 2012 hunt application process may become available online during the application period, but the online system is still undergoing testing to assure it will meet the applicant needs and the intense short-term application pressure its looking favorable so far, but not guaranteed." Just read this and thought I'd share.

ThomC Report post Posted August 10, 2011 Your chances of getting drawn will dimish as now more id**** will be able to put in. Be careful what you ask for as you may get it.
coues krazy Report post Posted August 10, 2011 I agree with Thom. I hope they never bring it back. But if they do, I will put my wife, all my kids, and my mother in for the draws when normally its just me and one son. Heck i will probably start putting in for bighorn and buffalo again. Havent been able to since the online apps went away. I say screw the 21st century, paper all the way.
youngbuck Report post Posted August 10, 2011 I'm sure paper apps keep some people from applying, but most likely, mostly non residents. They are already capped so it won't matter too much, for odds. I'll miss sitting around the dinner table bickering about hunt choices and getting ribbed for making a mistake in ink. I've alwayls lived a couple miles from a GFD office, either in Flagstaff or Mesa. I'm sure it is a hassle for most. Does anybody know if the AZGFD will be using that company from Teneessee (can't remember what state) will be handling the actual draw again?
