36b Scounting Sunday or Monday the 14th or 15th

Recommended Posts

Thinking of heading out Early in the morning around 330-4am. Then driving down. with it being hot I rarely leave the vehicle but with a jeep we go about anywhere we want. LOL

Ill get out and climb a couple hills that I know of some good vantage points. If anyone wants to go let me know.

I was planning on heading down there on the 3 day W/E next month. I need to see the area I hunt as the fire burned right thru it. Then again I don't think it will hurt the hunt to much. There are pro's and con's to hunting fresh burns.

I may be interested in going with you on Sunday the 14th.

That may be a plan. I want to try and get a couple cameras up in the area as well. I have a few ideas for some places. Otherwise I like driving around and see whats about

I would love to go, I live in Sahuarita so I could just meet you on the way, I wouldnt mind following in my truck if your jeep fills up. I have a tag in 36a this year but I like the backroads of 36B as well!! ;)

What are the pros and cons for hunting a burned area? Any strategies? I have a tag in 29, and it looks like the Horseshoe 2 fire burned most of the unit.
