couesdiehard Report post Posted August 2, 2011 couesbowhunter, I got drawn for the same hunt. This will be my 5th year in a row hunting that unit. Good time of year to be in those hills. I like the unit because there is a lot of variety of terrain. Andygrand is right there are usually some leftover tags on this hunt and there were 50 leftovers this year. I see you are in Sahuarita, do you already know this unit pretty well? If not take advantage of your proximity and start learning your way around it soon. Good luck to you. CouesBuckhunter Report post Posted August 3, 2011 No tag here, filled my archery jan tag. But my mom has the 34a tag again this year. Last year I found a decent 3x3 for her and she got it. Was a great hunt. Hope to get her on a bigger buck this year and create some more great memories and photos in the photo album. Good Luck to everyone who has a tag.
