The percentage of kids passing these tests does not bode well for our country, especially the writing section is pathetic.

What's stupid is... I knew better but I still looked at this post yesterday knowing definatively that it was a hoax.... Yet today, I looked AGAIN just to make sure oh boy, I wish they'd hurry up!
