Couzer Report post Posted June 28, 2011 Hey guys I thought I would just put this out there, I am currently looking for a mag, trigger guard, and stock for a remington 788 .222 cal. Any one that might have some of these items that they might part with let me know. I did find a mag on gun broker for 30 bucks and a stock from boyds for 65, but just looking to get this rifle put back together as cheap as possible. .270 Report post Posted June 28, 2011 gunshow. i know you can get magazines, because i've bought them for mine. mine is a 223, but they take the same magazineas a 222 . if you look around you can probably find a stock at a gunshow too. i'm sure ramline still makes sythetic stocks for them too. they ain't the best there is, but they ain't bad. at the big gunshows, there are folks there with thousands of clips, someone will have one. best get 2 while you're at it. i always carry three when i hunt coyotes.
