rimhunter Report post Posted December 28, 2003 Just got back from three day in the woods with my son seen lots of deer . The ruts in full swing and the big bucks are out. Could not get close enough to get my son a shot at a big one 400 yards was all we could get and thats a little to for for him right now. Will try again Tuesday Ive got a plan to get him closer . rimhunter Report post Posted December 30, 2003 Sorry Ernesto but there wont be any pic or story .My son has cought the flu and we wont be going out . He tells me he`s allright but he has a temp of 103 . I hate to tell him we cant go we had so much fun watching the big buck we`ve been chasing . There allways next year . Your son is in some way like me,when I get sick I want to be out there too,and tell him he must take that desire of be out there as an incentive to get well sooner. Your son is bless to have a father like you Bruce,God bless you both. Tell your son I'll be praying for him tonigth so he will be ready to hunt sooner than what he thinks. Yes you must teach him how to use a bow, is challenging and exciting,that way the story will continue......... Tell your son to drink plenty of fluids,water and those with vitamin C. Thanks.
