.270 Report post Posted June 27, 2011 i've talked to several guys up there and theyu all say there are a lot of elk north of the old 666/181, west of picnic, between the fields that run out to the 60. one guy said he has cows in his yard every morning. you shouldn't have any trouble finding a nice fat cow. bullwidgeon is kinda wierd and smells funny, but i sorta think he's pretty sharp on them elk.
