Gr8 White Jr Report post Posted July 2, 2011 I wouldnt recommend that scope for a 300win mag... the eye relief is shorter then most, which could result in a nice cut or black eye... or so I have been told. I had the same brake put on my rifle. btw... For Sale: Vortex 6.5-20x50 used 1 trip on 300 Rem Ultra Mag leaves nice marks I have that exact scope on my .300 Win Mag and absolutely love it.
