standman Report post Posted June 21, 2011 My dad and I hit Apache Lake this morning a little after daylight. Water was 75 degrees with a little breeze out of the north. We hit out favorite spots throwing crankbaits and jerkbaits for the first hour with not even a sniff. We switched to dropshot and it was on. We ended up catching 30 bass total this morning with 28 lms and 2 smallies. All were nice solid fish. It was nice, saw only one other boat on the water.
