Timberghost Report post Posted June 12, 2011 I am Going to buy some new arrows this week. Any ideas on some cool fletching colors?
afmalinois Report post Posted June 12, 2011 I usually shoot bright colors (flo green or white) but last year I bought some Mayhems with red and yellow blazers and flame arrow wraps. I'm not normally into flames but they looks pretty sweet!
Jackal Report post Posted June 12, 2011 I normally fletch with pink/white vanes now. Before was lime green/white. Really don't care for wraps.
Codywhi Report post Posted June 13, 2011 I like a bright wrap, two white fletching followed by a bright Fletch... I keep two white Fletch's so i can study the blood after a shot... just my 2Cents....
azpredator@work Report post Posted June 13, 2011 I like white vanes so I try to match a color on the arrow for my cresting. Here's an example of the fmj arrows I made up for this year's elk hunt. Post a pic with what you decide.
ghost hunter Report post Posted June 13, 2011 I used to use a combo of black, brown and olive drab. Idea being that it wont catch the eye of what ever prey is in sight. Of course they are hard to find after you shoot them and hard to follow through the air. I've now added a lighter, brighter vane to that I can see the shot better. Of course, if you are just shooting 3D or paper punching, any color will work just fine.

briant_az Report post Posted June 13, 2011 I'm with Will K on this one, two orange and a black. I also use flo orange wraps that really help to find the arrows.
