Guys, I dont know if people read the prayer forum or not but with great dissapointment I found that we had a very little response to help our fellow member Josh (GRONG). Josh along with Amanda and Allen Taylor(not taking any credit away from you Amanda) created this amazing web site for our enjoyment.I dont know why we do not took/take advantage of this great opportunity my fellow cwt. members. Opportunity not only to help, but to be help (blessed) our selves.

I'm not trying to preach here, but I know and I'm sure you also know how expensive medicals bill can get. 3 weeks ago my wife got "hit" by a stingray right on her ankle while we were at the beach. She was ok for the first 3 or 4 days, but after that her leg got big, her ankle got swollen and red; her leg/wound got infected. I took her to the doctor, my wife was worry also about her ankle bone cause she felt the stingray "hit" going throug her bone. So in one day after X rays, ultrasound, shots, medicine etc etc. the medical bill was $1,000.00!! and that's only for one day! Can you imagine Josh medical bill after his wife spent several days in the hospital?

To the ones that already donated/helped Josh I thank you and God bless you, and to the ones that haven't done it yet please I beg you to do it and take advantage of this great opportunity to be blessed. Even if you already donated please I ask you to do it again if possible.

I know and understand times are tough(sp) right know but please I ask you to help Josh and his wife, you dont know what a great blessing you may be recieving. Is there a illness coming your way or to some one you love that you want the Lord to block away?? Is there a economic blessing you want to recive? What's your bigest need? I ask the Lord to bless you in the best way and on your best need you have; that's why I say: Please TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OPPORTUNITY. Dont we take them while hunting?? Why not for this?

"Each one must do (give) just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. (2 Corinthians 9, 7.)

"If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat; And if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; For you will heap burning coals on his head, AND THE LORD WILL REWARD YOU." (Proverbs 25, 21-22)

"Give and it will be given to you. They will pour in to your lap a good measure-pressed down, shaken together, and running over. FOR BY YOUR STANDARD OF MEASURE IT WILL BE MEASURED TO YOU IN RETURN." (Luke 6, 38.)

Ernesto, I wouldn't say there was very little response to helping Josh. Actually we have raised close to about $800 so far and in a tight economy, I would say that's pretty good! Thanks to everyone who has donated, I know Josh appreciates it and is very humbled by it. It is indeed a blessing to be able to help a friend.

For those that want to learn more about Josh and Jen's situation, here is the thread with more info:

As an update, Josh's wife is doing much better and I wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and support of Josh and his family during this very tough month they have had.

I think it's awesome how this community has come together to support Josh and his family. It's funny how the world becomes a much smaller place when you are really in need and the people around you come to your side. Many of us have never met Josh face-to-face, but we know where he stands and how he lives and what values he is passing on to his kids.

Once again, more prayers sent to this family. Godspeed on a full recovery, and best wishes - truly. Jason.

I

Thank you Ernesto for bringing this back up. We do need all the help and prayers for Josh's family especially his wife in this time of need. I have prayed every night that the good lord watch over her. Just because you don't see the response here on cwt doesn't mean the prayers or donations are not being sent to help out our fellow cwt member. I will have a coffee can for donations set out on the cwt outing at Marshall Lake for those who wish to donate. Prayers are as good as money, if not better, and I ask that you please keep Josh's wife in your prayers. :)

TJ
