Docter 15x60B questions

So i picked these up a few weeks ago for 50 bucks the glass seems decent but the focus is really loose. My question is do I send them to Zeiss or someone else And are the worth getting fixed anybody have a pair? I think you are in a hopeless situation. You should sell them to me for $75, that way you feel like you came out ahead.

They are very good glasses. They have no customer support in the U.S. for their scopes and binos and I have heard horror stories about guys sending them over to Germany for repairs. I have heard these people are legit for Docter Repair, but I have never used them personally: http://www.mountainoptics.com/

I have used Mountain Optics in the past; they did the work I asked for at a fair price and returned the binos to me in a relatively short period of time.
