DubTee Report post Posted May 24, 2011 I have killed three bulls in the last three years with shuttle t's, all pass throughs, all the bulls died within a 100 yards of where I shot them. My buddy killed a bull last year with them as well, bull died within sight. They are a really tough head, very sharp, and they fly great. As you can probably gather, I would highly recommend them. tjwking Report post Posted May 24, 2011 I used g5 strikers last year on my elk hunt and im making the change to shuttle t's for this years hunt. They fly great out to 60 yards. They came highly recommend from my friend and have nothing but great reviews about them. So far in pleased with them.

rnhunter Report post Posted July 4, 2011 I used g5 strikers last year on my elk hunt and im making the change to shuttle t's for this years hunt. They fly great out to 60 yards. They came highly recommend from my friend and have nothing but great reviews about them. So far in pleased with them. Just curious why you are making the switch from the G5 strikers? I am going to use them this year on my archery bull hunt. I haven't shot any game with them yet but they seem to be flying well for me.
Elkhunter1 Report post Posted July 4, 2011 I would go with the Swhacker 100 with the two inch cut. This head was designed for Elk. I personnally have seen over 20 elk killed with it and all but one was dead within 100 yards. It will fly like a field point and get the job done!!
Coach Report post Posted July 4, 2011 The Shuttle T's are one head I have not tried out, but I constantly hear great things about them. On this forum, the Bowsite, Eders, overall, these heads have a lot of die-hard fans.

The blood trail wasn't that great with the strikers and they whistle in flight. With shuttle Ts im getting better groups and no noise while in flight. donniedent Report post Posted July 4, 2011 Shuttle t's are good strong heads. Never had any issue with flight. Shot a deer in wyoming 2 years ago with one. Hit a little bit back and deer went down within 50 yds.
TwoGuns Report post Posted July 4, 2011 Hopefully a bull will die this year after my shuttle T zips through it's lungs. They are the perfect broad head for elk. At 30, 50, 80, or 100 yards +, they will fly true.
jwdodge01 Report post Posted July 5, 2011 I shot a deer and three pigs with shuttle t's! Never gotten an elk tag but when i do i will be using them! My pigs didn't go farther then 30 yard and my deer only went 50 yards and piled up! I have seen at least 15 bulls killed with them and 2 of them dropped in their tracks! They fly great and are the toughest broadhead i have ever shot!
