we cooked up some halifax baloney this weekend. 2 1/2 pounder, $11. baloney is 6 bucks a pound here. so i eat lobster to save money. gettin' sorta sick of it. there are only 156 ways to cook it and i'm on my second time through the list. cooked 7 of em this weekend. 6 for me and one for my wife. she got the biggest one tho. i could only eat 4 because she made a couple pans o' them red lobster style biscuits and i ate a couple dozen o' them too. so i took the leftovers and put em in a gunny sack and run over em with my huyndai rental car a buncha times and mushed em up for samwich spread. but the digby scallops are startin' to show up now, so i can get a little variety instead o' lobster all the time. them digby's are about the size of a hubcap for a lowrider and man they are gooooooood. tonight tho i'm gonna go eat some hog meat somewheres to celebrate bin laden gettin' one in the head. i still ain't got to go out on the lobster boat yet, but maybe in a week or two. be home in a couple months. later, Lark.

What a shame, you have to eat those nasty things just to survive. I wish I had your problem. I hate ordering lobsters out because I can't aford to get enough to fill my belly. I would think one would get sick of it after awhile but I sure would like to give it a try. Eat a bunch for me. :)

went in a seafood place in digby awhile back. they had a 15 pounder there. huge. they had the claws off a 40 pounder. i bet there was 5 pounds of meat in each one. when i come home i'm gonna bring some 3-4 pounders with me and have a boil for the family. it has been an interesting time. Lark.

Maybe you should send us back a bunch that we can cook up in June at our Marshall Lake Gathering! :)
