tjhunt2 Report post Posted April 25, 2011 While driving home from turkey scouting the wife & I saw a black, either late model bronco or blazer???, vehicle pulling into the Home Depot area as we drove on to 87 from Houston Mesa Rd at 5pm. Sticker was on the front windshield. The other was a white ford truck, maybe a chevy, crossing 87 at the light in front of us with a sticker on the front and one on the back window with a back window guard. Not sure of the name of the gas station but it was something like shop and go across from where they tore down a gas station and now is a empty lot. 5:05pm. Who is you! tjhunt2 Report post Posted April 25, 2011 TJ, dont konw, lets grab a coffee next time your in town. I'ld like that. pm sent! Jeremy.......how did your turkey hunt go? I take it you were the one in the white pickup. If I knew it was you I would have followed you and introduced Peg to ya and showed her your shop. My goal is to have Peg harvest first since I have several days off later in the week. Thanks for the well wishes and hopefully she can pull her third turkey this weekend. Browning'sCustomMeat Report post Posted April 27, 2011 I was in the Bronco at the round about. No turkeys....bummer. Had one working his way in when a coyote come jogging through about 15 yards away and never heard another peep from the tom. Then the wind kicked up and never heard or seen another turkey....hopefully in 2 weeks we can get the job done.
