That footage was with a HD small JVC Everio. Your better bet is the Canon Vixia HFS200. Great footage and a great price for the quality of Video.

The JVC HD camera can be bought at Walmart for around $300 it has two sd memory card slots to save the video. I use it to throw in a pocket in case you see something that you are not expecting. It does the job and is HD which is a must today, if you want to do any thing with the footage. If you have the extra money buy the Canon for around $600 it has many more options and is a great camera on the low to mid range HD video cameras.
