tjhunt2 Report post Posted April 10, 2011 After scouting for turkeys Thursday my brother and I decided we would beat the storm and came home early. If I was going to be stuck in the house I might as well cook up some phesant and have my Dad and his girlfriend over for a BBQ. So I thawed out some birds testerday. It was fun and I took a few pics along the way. First you got to shoot the phesants. Breast out the meat. Salt, pepper, and garlic along with chili & bacon. Laying chili on breast meat. Wrapping the legs with bacon over chili. Prepareing butter crumb potatos. Ready for some heat. Steamed cauliflower with cheese sauce. Cook on low heat until the bacon is cooked. The end results were awesome if I do say so myself.

tjhunt2 Report post Posted April 10, 2011 so what kind of beer should I bring with me other than cold? It's not the kind but the amount that counts. Lots of cold beer! Amanda, Peg wants to know if Paul will be moving in as well. Not quite sure we could afford to feed him. TJ
