Lions, Tigers and Bears OH MY!!

Recommended Posts

Well maybe not tigers, but bears and a lion pic, along with a couple deer pics. This pics came off of a spring that I had a camera on. I was disappointed in the number of deer coming to it but that may be because of the lion and the bears in the area. Hope you enjoy.

Great pics! Looks like you have a nice spot there.

I forgot.... which trail camera are you using?

Have you guys seen the new moultrie digital that puts the moon phase and temp right on each pic? I think it's a cool feature. It's the moultrie digital 200 or something like that.

Amanda, these pics were taken with the Non Typical Deer Cam. I have been using the stealth cam but the bears kept eating them, so I got this one and the bear proof box that you can get with it. Seemed to work good.

younghunter, The camera is $99 and the bear box is $35. I too really enjoy looking at all the variety of animals that come up on the cameras. I also took a pic of a group of coati's that i will try posting. DesertBull, It kind of suprised me too that they werent hibernating yet. Although in this area a couple years ago I came across a bear on January 1 while deer hunting.

Thanks Brian

younghunter, I purchased mine through Cabela's. Also it is a 35mm not a digital camera. It works fine for me. Does what I want it to do.

Hey standman just wondering which unit the pics were from. Every time we set our cameras up in unit s 29 and 30a we get numerous bear pics and a few lion pics.

Standman

What did you put behind that log to draw them all to it? Strange that they all seem to be looking at or nosing around the same spot! Salt?
