azcouesandelk Report post Posted March 31, 2011 My dad is looking to sell his Remington 700 CDL in .257 Weatherby. It has a stainless steel action and fluted barrel, action blueprinted, freefloated, timney trigger set to 2.5 pounds and it shoots sub MOA out to 600 yards (will give load recipe). Also with the gun is the scope, Leupold VX-III 4.5-14x40 with front parallex and varmint hunter reticle. The ring base setup is a Talley setup. Pictures will be posted later. Asking $1400 obo. punxsutawn Report post Posted March 31, 2011 I shoot this same factory rifle and it shoots better than my Weatherby Mark V ! The only modification I've done is have the xmark trigger adjusted to 2.5 lbs. and it will shoot sub moa all day. GREAT rifle! I've taken deer out to 450 yards with it so far...
