megahunter6969 Report post Posted December 6, 2005 John, you did not offend me or UPESET ME IN ANYWAY! im mean come on, i dont take things to heart like that! Several other people had sent me messages asking me what the real score on the bull was? Once again, it was a bad pic, b/c the bull was in the back of a truck but, that gives noone any right to downgrade the animal buy shooting it a lower score, BC YOURE not sure. NO hard feelings John! JohnFriddle Report post Posted December 6, 2005 Well now offering a score is a little different... After all you can only see so much based on the pic...

fatfootdoc Report post Posted December 6, 2005 deerslam, I just used Masons buck as an example, I have noticed that there have been an increasing number of comments in poor taste and just downright nasty the last few months. THere have always been a few but the number unfortunately seems to be increasing. AG
Couesi1 Report post Posted December 8, 2005 Unfortunately, we seem to be caught up too much in the "numbers" game. The beauty is in the eye of the beholder. c-

DEERSLAM Report post Posted December 8, 2005 Unfortunately, we seem to be caught up too much in the "numbers" game. The beauty is in the eye of the beholder. c-1 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Coues1, You are right about the "number game" We all get caught up in big antlers and horns and what they score. You don't hear to many people talk about score when they shoot a forky or a rag horn bull. I shot a 22" 3x2 mulie this Oct. and don't no what he scores or care. What was more important to me was that I hunted hard, had a good time and took a good represenative buck for the area I was hunting.
