Chef Report post Posted March 25, 2011 This past weekend I heard that Don's was going to be closing. I swung by on Sunday to see closed gates but couldn't remember if they were always closed on the weekends. Called Monday after hours and got an answering machine. Called today during business hours and got a live person. They confirmed that they would be closing their doors at the end of this month. Sad news to hear as they were my favorite gun shop and I purchased numerous guns and optics from Manny and the guys there. They were very courteous and knowledgeable and really made me feel "at home" which is quite different from the norm from small gun shops. Apparently their gunsmith will be moving to a shop in Chandler, "AZ Arms" I think. Anyhow, just thought I would pass it on. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
