CouesWhitetail Report post Posted May 15, 2011 We have a couple, new to the banquet, is there possibly any more room for 2 more? No room at the three tables that I know of. I can double check with those with multiple tickets and make sure they still need them all. I can drop out of the table to make room for one, but that leaves one of your friends out. CouesWhitetail Report post Posted May 16, 2011 Just a heads-up....new this year as required by the AGFD commission...those who are bidding on any of the special commissioner's tags (coues, whitetail, lion, etc) will be required to register with an ADA rep (John Koleszar) before the bidding begins. If you are bidding for someone else, you will have to let us know who you are bidding for. Please see John Koleszar the night of the banquet to get registered. I hope there is some really good silent auction items this year. Any insight on what is going to be avail in both the silent and regular live auction other than the high dollar tags? Only 4 more days to go. The AGFD commission is requiring it in case someone who wins doesn't pay or their payment falls through. With registered users we can contact the next highest bidder and/or contact the person who doesn't pay.
