June Report post Posted February 28, 2011 Just wanted to get some clarification if course 1(or any other course) was the same set-up as the Warm-up?? I heard from several individuals that the warm-up set-up did not CHANGE. I sure hope that this wasn't the case..Cuz, I would be very pissed..Especially, if I was a money shooter with something on the line. Savvy
coues krazy Report post Posted February 28, 2011 I didnt hear any complaints about the course setup. Did you participate in any of the classes? If not maybe you should pipe down a bit skippy. It was a great shoot and everyone had a blast but you! Try competing next time before you spout off. Or was it to cold for you. Just sayin.....

It was a great shoot and everyone had a blast but you! Try competing next time before you spout off. Or was it to cold for you. Just sayin..... WOW!! The "RUMBLE IN THE ROCKS" should be interesting..I hope everyone attends.. By the way I did think the course was set-up better then last year. With some great challenging shots..I also understand that it can be a big challenge in setting up a great course.I also commend Usery Mountain Archers for putting on a great and fun event.. However,,If I was a more serious participant. I would expect that this event(or any others)maintain it's integrity..It's all about generating more participation and having fun. I'm pretty sure you answered my question..And since I'm pretty new to this.I really don't see any advantage if the yardages were known..Or if someone had already practiced the course..Because in reality You still have to make the shot when it counts. So they tell me.. I think I will stick to the fun course for awhile and save some money thanks. I will leave this posting up for awhile so you can read it then I will delete it.. BowNut Report post Posted March 1, 2011 Calm down people. Yes the targets were in the same order as the warm up shoot. Do to the fact with the rain at the warm up they were not able to be pulled because they do not allow the trucks and equipment out until the ground dries. So all the targets were pulled down and hidden in the bushes till they set up Friday. When put back up the target or stake or both were placed in a diffrant spot. Just wanted to clear it up and tell everyone Thanks for supporting Usery Mountain Archers and the ABA and we will see ya next year or at the next shoot.
