Codywhi Report post Posted February 20, 2011 After finally slipping an arrow in this summer bear,,,, I had no idea how i wanted to mount this guy, But i wanted to do something different with it and finally decide that i hadn't seen many bear shoulder mounts.... So a shoulder mount it was.... and boy did ScottyBoy work his magic on this one.... thanks for another great mount Scotty, There is not a better felling then knowing your taxidermist is going to put out as much effort as you did to get that animal on the ground... cohofishing Report post Posted February 20, 2011 Cody, The mount came out great. It was worth giving up a Colorado tag for. I went back and read your post on the hunt. Nice! Brent

kidso Report post Posted March 5, 2011 Very nice Cody. I like the length of the shoulder mount, it gives it more character than a shorter head mount. On a mount like that, do they tan the entire hide, or just the portion of the cape that is utilized for the mount?
