missedagain Report post Posted February 13, 2011 thought I would share my 2010 goat. I found this guy all by himself and he made the mistake of bedding down about 80 yards from the top of a slight ridge. I walked a big loop and crawled over the ridge in just the right place to see his horns sticking out of the grass. When he stood up I got lucky and he started feeding my way, when he got to 60 yards I took the shot. I had 10 days off to hunt and ended the hunt on my first morning.
