I will add more skins as time goes on and then you guys can select which one you like by using the drop down box in the lower left corner of the forum. Much easier to read Wow,I really like that option. It's much better on my eyes as well. Now it looks like everybody can have their own choice of back grounds which should please most everyone. And Bill there is a text link that says View New Content in the upper right of the forum, in about the same location as the old View New Posts text link was in the older software. If you click on View New Content it shows all the threads with active posts since your last visit. It's just like before only it's called View New Content instead of View New Posts. Coach Report post Posted February 9, 2011 Funny how as we get older, we get more resistant to change. I'm having a tough time with both of the available skins. One is like a white-out, and the blue one is like an astronomy sight or something, with all the text jumping off such a dark background. Both make my eyes hurt with so much contrast, compared to black text of the light tan background we are used to. I know it's only been a day since the upgrade, and more and better skin options will be coming, so this certainly isn't intended badly toward Amanda, but I am looking forward to some skins with more nuetral/earth-tone type colors, and not as stark contrast between the background and text. However, thanks Amanda, for jumping on the more important issue of the illicit/porn stuff that was all over the place this morning. CouesWhitetail Report post Posted February 9, 2011 It's funny, I bought the upgraded version of our old skin about a year ago because I knew the upgrade would have to happen eventually and I didn't want to get caught without it. But I was holding out to wait until the bugs and stuff were out of the new software before I upgraded. But in the meantime, the the lady that was gonna install the skin for me changed how she does business and now I can't get the skin from her. I am still hopeful I will get the upgraded version of our old skin from her. But it will take time. Our old skin seemed to work better for everyone. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
