Red Rabbit Report post Posted January 31, 2011 With a front swinging into northern Arizona Sunday, some anticipated clouds could make for a nice sunset, so I headed to west of Page to the Paria Badlands on Saturday, and Stud Horse Point above the lake on Sunday. Saturday had clear blue skies to light up the colorful Paria Badlands. The town-site of Paria that has been used in a few western movies has unfortunately been burned down by arson. Sunday morning brought overcast skies and a slight glow. On the drive to Stud Horse, I stopped and made a short hike under clear morning skies into the Toadstools. Onward to Stud Horse Sunday afternoon. With a break in the clouds to the southwest, a colorful sunset was anticipated and received. The Torch Doug~RR
