Redman Report post Posted January 9, 2011 My son was fortunate today to take his first Javillina with his bow. Opening day he glassed up a herd and we got close and couldn't close the deal. This morning we found a herd right off the bat, got within 40yds and the herd spooked...drat. Left the area and begun glassing, found a herd, put the stalk on, got the wind right and snuck in. We were going after another pig but this little gal jumped up and he let her have it...20 yd shot. All his archery practice paid off! Redman
