I have a Sandpiper Toyhauler that right after the warranty expired, a gear in the gear box broke a couple of teeth off . The original one was made of nylon. The new one is made of Dupont Delrin. The maker does not make the gears individualy so I had to get them machined. The company wanted $500 for a whole new motor and gear box. <img src="http://forums.coueswhitetail.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ph34r.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ph34r.gif" /> . If you know anyone who cannot get there beds up/down. This may be the reason. PM me if you need more information. $150 for the gear. It is the "EZ BEDLIFT SYSTEM" from Lippert Components.
