4Falls Report post Posted December 22, 2010 A buddy of mine ran into the lucky tag holder while elk hunting in 6A. He said he had planned to look at every ram in the unit before deciding which one to harvest. He had pictures of all the rams hed seen up to that point and had them numbered.
