Davidson Report post Posted December 25, 2010 Terry - I got Ben from a bird farmer, turned breeder in Hurley, South Dakota. It took me 3 months to pick him out since I was waiting for a "true-black" roan male. When Ben turned one, I tried to email him to thank him again and send him some pics. Turns out he was busted for neglect and had around 173 felony charges! It can be googled and found pretty easily. Since I think the charges were dropped due to a technicality. tjhunt2 Report post Posted January 21, 2011 These our Peg and I's kids. There isn't a day goes bye that Lexie doesn't chew on an antler. This is our other dog Missy right after we brought her home from a holloween party. This is her years later. I'm so glad Pine Donkey started this post because it has become one of my favorites and thanks for crediting me for you getting this post started. You deserve all the credit for one of the best post on this site. I hope all our members post pics of their dogs so keep them coming. TJ
480 stu-ffer Report post Posted January 24, 2011 Love those dogs. When I was a young lad handled dads hounds at the field trials ... seems like I ran two or three braces about one weekend a month. Most animals will get into it if they are drug along often enough ... had a mule I shot quail off of ....and when he got antsy with his tail going around in circles you could look between his ears and find whatever it was ... I'd turn him sideways and as soon as I shot he'd be all over whatever it was ... making for some wild followup shots.
CouesWhitetail Report post Posted January 24, 2011 Here is a pic of my current two dogs, Julie and Sunshine. They have a ball whenever we get around snow! This photo is just a cell pic and it was taken a couple days ago on a walk not far from my house. Happy Dogs!! and here are some pics of my old dogs that we had to put down in the last few years. They were great dog friends! the shepard was a sweet old dog, so this photo always cracks me up with all her teeth snarling while playing...she looks possessed!! 25-06 Report post Posted January 25, 2011 I just had two dogs that my family and I dearly loved hit by a car and die a week and a half ago. They were mother and son that were best friends. Here is a pic of them. Molly and Bronco will always be in my heart but I figured it was time to move on. So we got a couple more pups. So here they are 2 sister blueticks named Bonnie & betty.
