1st timer

I took a buddy out this morning from work who hasn't killed anything ever. He wanted to go varmint hunting with me so I let him use my rifle and I ran the camcorder. 1st stand called in a bobcat which he shot. Second stand had two foxes coming in and he unfortunately missed both. We made a 3rd stand with no luck and that was it for this morning. He is now hooked. It was a lot of fun.

I made many dry stands with multiple buddies. When I was finally fortunate to see something coming into the caller for the first time it was a Bobcat. I shot it and have been hooked ever since. I know people in this forum kill alot of critters, but you never forget the first time you call something in and connect. It is a high that I look forward to everytime I make the first stand of the day. Great job on getting another guy hooked on calling!
