usmccarroll Report post Posted December 28, 2010 thanks for the advise. i am not a road hunter. when i hunt for them in my unit ( 22 ), i always get off the road and walk in over some hills and glas way back in there. i know their are not around a lot of traffic. thats what i did in 7 springs area. just not my area so i thought that in the 7 springs area i would get off the beaten path and walk in a ways and start glassing. just the water there cought my attention. as far as table mesa rd. i have never been down there nor have i been around the black canyon area. ill have to get in there and try glassing those areas. any particular roads or mile post i should be concerned with when going to table mesa or black canyon area? i cannot stress enough how appriciative i am of my fellow cwt members on giving me advise about this unit. thanks again .
