Flatlander79 Report post Posted November 29, 2010 []Finally after years of no success, got er done. First day missed a buck and saw some does. That evening saw a spiker bedded under a tree that stayed bedded all the way till dark. The second morning we saw 3 does and nothing else. Then we moved to a differen't spot and about a hour before sunset my eagle eyed brother spotted a 3X3 with eye guards. I got into position and in excitement pulled my first shot, but followed up with a good shoulder shot and the buck dropped. With the shooting another buck popped up and so my dad got into position and shot his. It was a great hunt, and thanks to my brother for all his help.
