az4life Report post Posted November 2, 2005 I hate to admit it, but you guys all got me so fired up I could not wait for my late hunt. I went out tonight and saw this nice buck in a neighbor's yard. I will have to apologize to Nick when I see him. I feel sooobad but I Just could not resist, so , I "took" him. I did not shoot him, and instead wrassled him down and knocked the stuffings out of him. It was electrifyin experience. anyway, He went down pretty easy, and packing him was a breeze except for his long tail. Seems he had his tail plugged into an electrical outlet? I am not sure on the breed but he ain't got much fat on him! I'd score it around 122, and I think it is already past the mandatory drying period. I took a picture of him hangin in the front yard.
