It is a 10' x 12' with 5' side walls, it comes with a free standing internal Alum Frame, rear window, fire jack, sod cloth and a Zippered door with storm flap. This tent is 3 years old, But basically brand new, it has been used 1 time, on a 10 day hunt, and has been stored in a sealed container ever since. I paid $880.00 for it.
