COOSEFAN Report post Posted November 15, 2010 Check out this article I found....... Local hunter, Glenn F., successfully harvested the legendary "Monster of the Southwest"! The ranchers in southern AZ have been complaining about a giant elephant sized Coues deer that reportedly would eat 10 times in 1 day what an average cow would eat in a week! Despite many attempts to locate and dispatch this giant range maggot, local hunters and state officials have never seen it in person and quickly assumed it was just a myth. Local ranchers have reported multiple sightings of this creature throughout the past year and have reported witnessing the creature suck down their water tanks in one day. Because of the elusive nature and because of his uncanny ability to hide and blend in with his surroundings, nobody has been able to validate the ranchers allegations and prove it exists....that is until Glenn F. stepped into the woods during a recent hunt! "It was colder than a witch's nose that morning but I grabbed my gun and set out to kills me a buck anyways", Glenn F. states in an earlier interview. "I set there for hours and all of a sudden the earth started shakin', ya know, just like one o' dem earthyquakes er' somethin'". "I grabbed my gun, slammed a round in the chamber and got ready to make dead whatever was a comin'!". "Sure enough, just like I knew it was, there was a big ol' deer starin' me right in the eyes!". Glenn F. was visibly shaken and it was evident as he relays his heroic story to me. He continues his story with, "I thought fer a second about lettin' em get older and kill em next year, but then figured it was either him or me at this point so I kilt em' with one shot!". "I about fell over because the ground shook so bad when he fell, it wasn't because I was shakin' or nothin 'cause I wasn't, I mean this buck was so huge the ground shook when he fell!" And there it is folks, the story from the man that proved there was indeed a "Monster in the Southwest". Glenn F. says he is just an ordinary man with supernatural abilities when it comes to hunting!
