Duck Season Thus Far?

Has anyone been out in the last couple of weeks duck hunting? The weather is finally cooling down, so I am getting ready to head out here in a couple of weeks.

I have been looking for them on all the stock tanks I go by, but have not seen any yet. Closest I came to it was a snipe during deer season.

That's what i figured. The cold snaps are just happening now up north, so for now, its really only local birds hanging out. Should be a decent migration in the next 2-3 weeks. Fingers crossed.

Saw some geese in a field off of Riggs rd last week. Any updated reports?

I was up at Bartlett last week, no birds to speak of. I would think the high country should start getting better. Maybe someone from up there will chime in.
