More Great Work From Mogollon Taxidery

Recommended Posts

In October of 2009, after watching this Coati for several days, I had the opportunity to add him to my collection. I've always wanted one and things just worked out. I asked Clay from Mogollon Taxidermy to put him in a particular pose on a branch that I found while out deer hunting. I could not be more happier on how he turned out. The workmanship and art put into recreating him are absolutely breath taking. The coati is now my wife's favorite animal in the house!

Mogollon Taxidermy also did a lifesized javalina that I shot during the January archery hunt. Again, it turned out great! The two together really added to my room.

Lastly, Clay finished my wife's biggest deer to date. She had put a pretty good hole in his neck and we didn't know if it could be fixed. She really wanted this hide as it had a very cool tear in his ear. After getting it back from the tannery, Clay gave me a call and said he could fix it, but that it would never be right. She was devastated. Clay then offered to put another hide on it and ever recreated the tear. She was estatic and it turned out great. Mogollon Taxidermy has done all of my other mounts and will continue to do so. I can't wait to see my antelope mount when done. Clay and his family are great people. Thanks again Clay for the outstanding work! Vern and Lori.
