Young Gun Report post Posted November 1, 2010 Hello, I am making thus thread so new members, like me, can gat aquainted to everyone. I'll go first. I am a fourteen year old youth outdoorsman and I live in Coolidge Arizona. The outdoors is my life, Id much prefer to be hunting, fishing, or backpacking rather than playing a video game. My favorite caliber is a .308. That was ki da random, but I figured Id throw it out there. So please introduce yourself even those members who have been hear for years, that is, if you feel like it. CouesWhitetail Report post Posted November 1, 2010 Rather than starting a new thread, you might just want to read through and add on to the Family Strengths thread that has been running for years. It has lots of info about who people are, what they do for work and where they live.... http://forums.coueswhitetail.com/forums/in...?showtopic=1797 Welcome to the site! Coach Report post Posted November 1, 2010 Hello Young Gun, My name is Jason, but I go by Coach on this forum - being that I coach all my sons' sport teams. We live up in the White Mountains, and I've been hunting all around this great state since I was around your age. I didn't have anyone to show me the ropes, so let's just call it a work in progress. I love to get my sons out hunting whenever I can. My two oldest boys are Matt, 13 years old and Nick, 11 are really getting into it, and these days I'd much rather see them get a good tag than me. It's nice to meet you, and I hope you'll make a lot of good friends on this forum. Be sure to keep us posted about all your hunts, and we'll do the same. Young Gun Report post Posted November 1, 2010 Well, I'm leaving on Thursday for my unit 32 hunt. I sighted in my rifle today, and man that thing is a tackdriver. That Winchester model 70 .243 does under an inch easy at 100 yards with high end ammo. I'm new to forums, I don't mean to start a new thread I guess I was confused by what that meant. Just a post, srry that I didn't put it under the family strengths thread I didn't know that's where it should go. By the way, U recently went camping up on Escudilla Mountain, Terry Flat actually and the quaking aspens were stunning, about 2 weeks ago that is.
