6a junior success!

Recommended Posts

well opening morning found matthew and i still hunting into the wind around brady canyon. with no luck by ten we decided to head to a ground blind we set on cave tank the day prior. with all the rain it was a long shot but in the past ive seen the elk pressure into these southern canyons adjacent to wet beaver creek. after a 2hr 45min nap matthew woke. rubbing his eyes and asking about the duck that had been playing in the tank, matt's eyes grew big as he saw the first of a few cows feedind east to west in the afternoon sun. at 60 yards with my 7mag on sticks he anchored this whopper!!!!

And thank you for the kind words! I love this site and have been a member for a long time. Life throws us curve balls and we can tend to get off track. I am back on track with my 11 year old sniper (who has put pictures of cherried out ar-15's all over his bedroom walls) ready to get it done!
