Wow just got some great news! I have one last day to hunt tomorrow. My boss said I can't come back to work empty handed. Gave me another day off to give it one last try. Woohoo.

 

Now decision to make. Do I try another spot or do I go to same spot where I know has some bucks in it?

Just had a doe 75 yds from me. Hopefully a Buck will pop out soon.

 

That's where she was standing when I peaked over the ridge. She didn't see me but she disappeared into the thick brush.

Wow I'm sitting on the rocks on top of a ridge where I saw the doe. taking a break from glassing and I hear something. I look up and a little spike is 11 yds in front of me. He sees me, I freeze, he puts his head back down and I try to grab my rifle next to me. I take the safety off and bam one jump back into the thickets and he was gone. That was pretty awesome. IMO.
